All proceeds from our shop support local heritage and arts programming, and we strive to make our exchange process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days of delivery.

  Contact Support

  Email our visitor services team to initiate your return request and receive a Return Authorization number along with specific shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Carefully pack the item to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our curators inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item.
